"Brilliant Detailing takes customer service to a whole new level. I rang to book my car in with the aim of dropping it off on the way to the airport then realised I needed to be at the airport by 6am. Despite my protestations they insisted on being at the office from 5am so I could do that. My car had been spattered with concrete render from the building site next door. When I collected my car the next day the render had all been removed and the car has never looked cleaner. "My pride and joy was recently stolen, and returned back to me in one piece. However inside was a different story. With the discovery of syringes inside my car after it was returned it was imperative that my car was cleaned and shampooed thoroughly to remove any chance of dirt being left behind. Graham spent some time with me before the car was detailed outlining what he was going to do to have it cleaned, and I felt totally comfortable knowing that the end result would be spectacular. He didnt disappoint me in the slightest. I returned back to collect my car at 4pm, and I just caught Graham leaving the premises to go and find the correct colour touch up paint as the paint he had there wasnt good enough. Who would honestly go to that much trouble to ensure they did a professional job like that? I have never seen that type of service ever! I was left amazed. He could have just let it go as it was, but the level of service was just amazing, and that makes all the difference. My car was returned to me looking like it was brand new. They even cleaned around the door hinges, and I honestly thought they had removed all the doors to have it looking so clean around the doors, it was just amazing. I can't fault any of the work they did, it was just an amazing and thorough job and I would seriously recommend using them to anybody. The exterior of the car was gleaming after they did the paint treatment. I took the car back home to show my kids, and they thought the inside was replaced because it looked so clean.
